By registering an account or using any part of the dg44 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the dg44 platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the dg44 platform management. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The dg44 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.
Account Creation and Security
- Each user is permitted to hold only one account.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- The name on your dg44 account must match the name on your valid identification document.
- Registering with false information or using another person's details is strictly prohibited.
- Users are solely responsible for the security of their own account passwords.
- Login credentials must not be shared with any other party.
- Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to the dg44 support team immediately.
- Dg44 is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their account secure.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the dg44 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and valid.
Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including internet banking, e-wallets, and other methods listed on the platform. Minimum deposit limits vary depending on the selected method.
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account whose registered name matches the name on the dg44 account. dg44 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

Dg44 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the platform, service interruptions, technical failures, or betting outcomes. Users acknowledge that all betting activities carry financial risk and that they participate entirely of their own accord.
Account Suspension, Closure & Intellectual Property
Dg44 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if:

- Suspicious or fraudulent activity has been detected.
- The user provided false information during registration.
- The account has been inactive for an extended period.
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and software on the dg44 platform are the exclusive property of the platform management. Users are not permitted to:
- Copying, distributing, or reproducing any platform content without written permission.
- Using dg44's logo or trademarks for personal or commercial purposes.
- Reverse engineering any software or systems on the platform.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the dg44 platform will be resolved through the appropriate channels under applicable Malaysian law.
